Heat olive oil in a large saute pan or wok. Add garlic for one minute add veggies. Stir for about 2 minutes. Add chicken and reduce heat to low and cover. Cook until veggies have just started to soften, about 6 minutes. You do NOT want limp veggies. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles following package directions. Remove from heat and add teriyaki sauce and drained noodles. Our favorite is Panda Express brand Teriyaki.
