If you like, rim a cocktail glass with superfine sugar; Use a lemon wedge to wet the rim, then roll the edge in a small dish filled with superfine sugar.In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the elderflower liqueur and pear vodka. Shake well. Strain into the prepared glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist and/or pear slice. Serve and enjoy.
