Raspberry Whiskey Smash

A delicious and complex blend of Earl Grey tea, whiskey and tart raspberries

Equipment

  • 1 muddler The handle of a wooden spoon can be used

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • 5 raspberries
  • 4 Ounces Bird Dog Blackberry Whiskey
  • 4-6 Ounces Earl Grey lavender tea brewed

Instructions
 

  • Muddle (mash) raspberries with sugar in the bottom of an old fashioned glass until the juice from the berries has moistened and dissolved the sugar. Fill the glass halfway with ice. Add whiskey. Top the glass off with the brewed tea. Stir well and enjoy!
