Simple and Quick Shrimp Stir Fry
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 package stir fry vegetables I prefer fresh, but you can use frozen
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 bottle Panda Express Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 packages Ramen noodles seasoning packets discarded
- 1 pound Jumbo shrimp Peeled and deveined
Begin heating water in a medium sauce pan. When boiling, add ramen and cook for only 2 minutes. Drain immediately. Add oil to a large saute pan and add stir fry vegetable. Cook on medium high for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir for another minute. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover for another 2 minutes to steam veggies if you prefer a softer Vegetable then proceed to next step. Add shrimp to the pan and sauté for another 5 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. Add Ramen noodles and about 1/2 cup of Teriyaki sauce and stir for two minutes until everything is warmed.If using frozen vegetables, thaw in the microwave and drain. Then continue at beginning of instructions.
