grated Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
In a large skilled cook chicken, garlic and onion in oil. Add broth; heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked, 10-15 minutes. Add beans, cayenne pepper tomatoes, cumin and oregano. Serve topped with cheese
