Chicken Zip Zoop

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cans chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 20 carrots baby
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Knorr seasoning salt

Instructions
 

  • Dice the chicken and sizzle it in the hot olive oil until it’s lightly browned. Add the chicken broth, carrots, cabbage and onion. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until the carrots are tender. Stir in the peas and heat through. Adjust seasoning. Ladle into soup bowls and place a generous shaving of cheese atop each. This recipe makes four servings.
