Southern Salad – Cranberries, Feta cheese and Raspberry-Dijon Vinaigrette
Southern salad features tangy and sweet dried cranberries, salty feta cheese and a sweet and smoky Raspberry-Dijon vinaigrette. This is a recipe from The Junior League of Boca Raton’s cookbook, Savor the Moment: Entertaining without Reservations. I highly recommend purchasing this one for your cookbook library. Every Recipe is fantastic and supports a great organization!
