Simple and Quick Shrimp Stir Fry

Any protein can be used in this quick stir fry. Some ideas include shrimp, leftover steak, scrambled eggs and firm tofu.

Simple and Quick Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 package stir fry vegetables I prefer fresh, but you can use frozen
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 bottle Panda Express Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 packages Ramen noodles seasoning packets discarded
  • 1 pound Jumbo shrimp Peeled and deveined

Instructions
 

  • Begin heating water in a medium sauce pan. When boiling, add ramen and cook for only 2 minutes. Drain immediately.
    Add oil to a large saute pan and add stir fry vegetable. Cook on medium high for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir for another minute. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover for another 2 minutes to steam veggies if you prefer a softer Vegetable then proceed to next step. Add shrimp to the pan and sauté for another 5 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. Add Ramen noodles and about 1/2 cup of Teriyaki sauce and stir for two minutes until everything is warmed.
    If using frozen vegetables, thaw in the microwave and drain. Then continue at beginning of instructions.
