The Last Hummus Recipe that you will ever need!
Have you yearned to find a hummus recipe that has a little something extra? Well look no further! This has a touch of sweet and bit of heat to make it 100% addictive. It will completely ruin you from eating store bought hummus forever and so much more affordable. It is just a little more than half price!
All you need is a basic food processor. Add all of the ingredients and whir it up. It takes longer to clean the food processor than it does to make this delicious dip.
A delicious addition to this dip is to make homemade pita chips. This is a little more time consuming but ohhh soooo worth it! Split your pita’s if you have purchased those with a pocket in the center. Brush a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder, salt. Sprinkle paprika over each pita round and then cut each round into 6 or 8 wedges. Bake for about 12 minutes.
Another sweet addition to this appetizer is to brush the pita round with olive oil, sprinkle with cinnamon- sugar and bake as above. Such a delicious counterpart to appetizer.
